Known for his creativity, versatility, professional
attitude and wide-variety of drum and percussion instruments,
Scott Miles has been working as a professional drummer and
percussionist in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex for more than
10 years.
His diverse background as a drummer and
percussionist ranges from live performances to studio sessions
recording custom albums, demos, soundtracks, drum and
percussion loops and more -- both locally and nationally. |

Scott has worked with many different artists in a variety of musical styles, performing with such artists as Eden Automatic,
Colby Logan, Jeff Prather, legendary bluesman Pops Carter, Courtney Fairchild, Brooke Beasley and Grass Roots Willie among many others.
Scott has studied with renowned jazz drummer and educator Henry Okstel, Bill Campbell (University of North Texas One 'O Clock Lab Band), master drummer and percussionist
Bart Elliott and hand percussionist
Jamal Mohamed. His understanding of contemporary music and tasteful musicianship make him a valuable addition to any musical situation.
Currently residing in Dallas, TX, Scott stays busy as a free-lance player, studio-musician and private lesson instructor.
